What is EOS?
The Entrepreneurial Operating System — a simple set of tools and a meeting rhythm that get a leadership team on the same page.
EOS® helps a leadership team get what they want from the business by strengthening Six Key Components — Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction. It's not software; it's a way of running the company: a shared vision (the V/TO), the right people in the right seats (Accountability Chart), a handful of weekly numbers (Scorecard), 90-day priorities (Rocks), a disciplined weekly meeting (Level 10), and a method for solving problems for good (IDS — Identify, Discuss, Solve).
Landmark's Leadership Team — Troy, Kim, Leslie, and Mike — runs EOS in Ninety.io with facilitator Mark-Xavier Treas, meeting quarterly to review the vision, set new Rocks, and tackle the most important issues. See the EOS Basics →
