In June 2024 we launched EOS to get the leadership team on the same page — one shared vision, the right people in the right seats, and a handful of weekly numbers. No more running the business out of our heads.

Two years in, the V/TO is set and the team runs on quarterly pulses plus a weekly Level 10. Rocks drive each quarter and issues get solved for good. This week — June 17 — we meet to set our Q3 Rocks.
